Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – black pepper
• 1/2 cup – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – Bengal Gram dal
• 6 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Saute all the ingredients and grind them coarsely in a mixer.
  2. Add required water and salt and allow to boil.
  3. Milagu kuzhambu is ready.
  4. Serve with rice.
