
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rolled oats
• 2 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1cup – Packed Brown sugar
• 1 stick – Butter (room temperature)
• 2 – eggs
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 2 – Ripe Bananas (mashed)
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1 pinch – Salt
Method:
- Mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt keep side.
- Beat butter, sugar and eggs together until they turn creamy and fluffy.
- Now add the mashed ripe bananas to the cream also the milk.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add now the already prepared flour to the cream and mix everything well with a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf mould.
- Arrange the loaf pan in the middle rack and bake for an hour and 10 minutes.
- Insert a wooden pick in centre, if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
- Cool for 10 minutes and remove from the pan.
- Cool completely.
