Ingredients:
• 1kg – fish (mackerel or tuna)
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 4 – Onions – medium (finely chopped)
• 25g – Garlic
• 25g – Ginger
• 100g – fresh grated Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 100ml – water
Method:
- Clean and cut the fish to a medium size and keep it aside.
- In the mixer, add all the ingredients mentioned except the fish and grind them well; keep them in the bowl.
- In a nonstick pan/vessel, add the oil and two more medium-sized onions, finely chopped.
- Fry them to a golden colour, and add the cleaned and cut fish; slowly heat it for two minutes.
