Ingredients:
• 3 cups Flour
• 350ml (approx) – Plain Soda Water
• 2 tsp Salt
Method:
- Mix flour and salt.
- Knead into a soft dough with soda water.
- Roll into large lemon sized balls.
- Roll out each ball into an oval shape using a few drops of oil on each side to prevent from sticking.
- Deep fry and see it swell up into bhaturas.
