
Ingredients:
• 200 g – Cottage cheese/pepper, cut into medium size pieces.
• 1 cup – Fresh green peas, boiled.
• 1 – Onion, chopped.
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped.
• 1 tsp – coriander powder.
• 1 tsp – cumin powder.
• 1 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste.
• 2 green chillies, chopped.
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 2 – Bay leaves.
• 2 tsp – Chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• Salt to taste.
• 2 tbsp – Chopped, coriander leaves.
Method:
- Heat oil in a and saute the cottage cheese on a low flame until light brown. Remove and keep aside.
- In the same oil saute the bay leaves, onions and green chillies until golden.
- Add the tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and fry well.
- Then add the peas and paneer and mix well.
- Add some and simmer for 5-6 mins.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or rotis/chapattis.
