Ingredients:

• 200 g – Cottage cheese/pepper, cut into medium size pieces.
• 1 cup – Fresh green peas, boiled.
• 1 – Onion, chopped.
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped.
• 1 tsp – coriander powder.
• 1 tsp – cumin powder.
• 1 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste.
• 2 green chillies, chopped.
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 2 – Bay leaves.
• 2 tsp – Chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• Salt to taste.
• 2 tbsp – Chopped, coriander leaves.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a and saute the cottage cheese on a low flame until light brown. Remove and keep aside.
  2. In the same oil saute the bay leaves, onions and green chillies until golden.
  3. Add the tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and fry well.
  4. Then add the peas and paneer and mix well.
  5. Add some and simmer for 5-6 mins.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice or rotis/chapattis.
