
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – leftover cooked Rice
• 2 tbsp – besan (gram flour)
• 1 tbsp – Wheat flour
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – green chillies, cut into small pieces
• Coriander, chopped into small pieces
• Turmeric
• Chilli Powder (if you want it spicy)
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix all the above Ingredients together to form a thick batter.
- Roll it into a vada shaped tikki and deep fry in oil till brown on both sides.
- Serve it hot with tomato sauce/Ketchup or coriander chutney.
