
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Tur dal
• 1 – small bunch of Methi chop only the leaves
• 1 – small onion, chopped finely
• 1 small – tomato, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Coconut fresh, grated
• 2 tbsp – crushed Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Gur
• Salt to taste
• Oil for tempering
Method:
- Cook the dal along with onion and methi.
- Then, add tomato, chilli powder, haldi, garam masala. Boil for 5 mins.
- Add salt, gur and coconut paste. Simmer for 2 mins.
- Then temper garlic over it in oil. Boil for one min.
- Serve with boiled rice.
