Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – mutton, cut into pieces
• 1/2 kg – red Tomatoes
• 1.5 tbsp – Butter
• 1.5 tsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste
• For grinding:
• 2 medium Onions
• 4 Green chillies
• 2.5 cm Ginger
• 2 Cloves Garlic
Method:
- Mix 1 tbsp – flour, salt and pepper to a paste.
- Apply this to the mutton pieces and cook in hot oil. Remove from oil.
- Boil the tomatoes, remove the skin and mash them well.
- Heat the butter, add the flour, stir, then add the ground masalas.
- Cook for a few minutes and add the mashed tomatoes.
- Add the sugar and salt and cook till sauce is thick and creamy.
- Add the meat pieces and simmer. Serve hot.
