
Ingredients:
• Mutton – 1 kg
• For Marinating Paste:
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – dry coriander
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 6 – Cloves
• 8 flakes – Garlic
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 6 – small Cardamoms
• 1/2 inch stick – Cinnamon
• 1/2 tbsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1 piece – Hing (small)
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Marinate mutton pieces with the paste.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and keep for 20 mins.
- Fry in oil and cook for an hour in low heat.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
