Ingredients:

• 200 gms- Self Raising Flour
• 50 gms- Curd
• 50 gms- grated Coconut
• 3- Green chillies finely chopped
• Small Ginger finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp- Chilli Masala

Method:

  1. Mix the dough and leave for 10 mins.
  2. Make small portions in the shape of vadas and fry in lukewarm oil until golden brown.
  3. Tastes great with tomato and chilly sauce.
