Ingredients:
• 2 – potatoes.
• 3 – chopped green chillies.
• 1 tsp – chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – cumin seeds.
• 1 – finely chopped green pepper.
• 1 – finely chopped tomato.
• Grated cheese.
• Grated Coconut (optional).
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash and grate the potatoes.
- Add salt, cumin seeds and chilli powder to it.
- Take a flat frying pan (Tava). Rub some oil on it.
- Spread grated potatoes on the pan. Press it with a flat surface so that it makes a firm base.
- Now mix rest of the ingredients listed above and spread this mixture on the base.
- Cover for 3-4 mins.
- Remove the lid. Fold the pizza and serve with tomato ketchup.
