Ingredients:

• 1 – Small pumpkin, peeled & diced
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 4 tbsp – Grated Coconut
• 1.5 cups – Beaten curds
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the diced pumpkins till they are cooked.
  2. In a blender, grind together the coconut, chillies and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
  3. Mash the pumpkin with a spoon and mix in the ground paste, curds and salt.
  4. Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
  5. When hot enough, add in the seasoning ingredients.
  6. Pour this into the pumpkin mix.
  7. Mix everything thoroughly.
  8. Garnish with the coriander leaves.
