Ingredients:
• 1.5 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 big cup – beaten thick Curd
• 2-3 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 1 tsp – ginger, chopped fine
• 1 tsp – Hing
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Coriander leaves for garnish
• Salt to taste
• 1.5 tsp – oil
Method:
- Dry roast the urad dal till slightly browned.
- Powder the roasted urad dal in a mixie.
- Take oil in a small kadai and season with mustard, jeera, hing, green chillies and ginger.
- Add the seasoning to the curd.
- Also add the urad dal powder to the curd.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
