Ingredients:

• 4 to 5 – fried papad
• 250 g – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Knead the flour into a dough with water and make small balls.
  2. Crush the fried papad and mix in coriander leaves.
  3. Take a ball of the kneaded flour, roll into small round shape.
  4. Stuff with papad mixture and roll out into parathas.
  5. Cook on tawa with some oil.
  6. Enjoy with chutney or pickle.
