Ingredients:

• Paneer – 200 g
• Green chillies – 4
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander leaves – 4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Wheat flour – 2 cups
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the paneer.
  2. Pour some oil in a kadai, add the finely chopped chillies and turmeric powder. Saute
  3. Add paneer and fry.
  4. Knead wheat flour with oil and a pinch of salt into a thick dough.
  5. Make a small, thick roti, place the stuffing of paneer in it and make thick paranthas.
  6. Fry them in ghee.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
