Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken.
• 2 large – onions, sliced.
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped.
• 5/6 tbsp – pepper, freshly ground.
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder.
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste.
• 1 bunch – coriander leaves, chopped.
• 5 tbsp – oil.
• Salt-to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and saute till light brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and saute till they get soft.
  3. Add pepper powder, coriander powder and salt and fry.
  4. Mix in the chicken pieces and cook.
  5. When half cooked, add a little water and simmer on a low flame till done.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
