Ingredients:

• Chicken – 500 gm
• Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
• Fenugreek powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – few sprigs
• Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs
• Peanut powder -100 gm
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon – 1
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a deep and wide non-stick pan, boil the chicken with turmeric in high flame for 5 mins.
  2. Now add red chilli powder, fenugreek powder, coriander powder and garam masala to it.
  3. Cook chicken till tender.
  4. Add a little water so as to get enough gravy.
  5. Finally add lemon juice to the curry.
  6. Add peanut powder and chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves keep on fire for a few mins. Serve
