Ingredients:
• Melted dalda – 1.5 cup
• Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
• Flour (Maida) – 3 cups
• Soda 1 tsp
• Fresh Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Vanilla essence for taste
Method:
- Mix melted Dalda and powdered sugar to light buttery consistency.
- Add maida and mix well and leave it overnight for 6-8 hrs.
- Knead well to light consistency and mix soda and lemon juice together.
- Add vanilla essence, knead well and make round balls.
- Put them in a greased tray and bake in the oven for 15 mins at 400 degree F.
