Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Palak (cleaned and chopped fine))
• 1 cup – Carrots (sliced in rounds)
• 1 cup – Peas
• 1 ) – Onion (optional – chopped)
• 1/2 tsp each – Jeera and Saunf (fennel seed)
• 1 tsp – Pav bhaji masala or Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and saunf. Fry it.
  2. Add onions and fry it for sometime. Then add palak, carrots and peas.
  3. Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables cook.
  4. Once they are done, if there is still water remaining, fry the vegetables for sometime till the oil starts leaving the sides.
  5. Now add salt and the masala and stir it for some time and your yummy curry is ready to serve.
  6. Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
