Ingredients:

• 2 onions, sliced
• salt
• oil

Method:

  1. Slice onions thinly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onions.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and stir till it turns golden-brown colour.
  4. Transfer it on paper-towels and keep aside for 5 mins to make it crunchy.
