Ingredients:
• 250 gms – button Mushrooms
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – thick Curd (yoghurt)
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add onion pieces and fry till golden brown.
- Add the mixed powder and simmer for a minute.
- Add green chillies and salt and simmer for 5 mins.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook on a slow flame till it oozes water.
- Add tomato puree and mix well
- Add milk.
- Let it cook till thick gravy forms.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
