Ingredients:

• 1 cup – sooji (rava)
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1/2 tsp – Saunf
• 1 – ripe Banana (mashed)
• elaichi powder, a little bit
• oil to fry

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil.
  4. Put it into a plastic bag with a hole and squeeze it, making round shapes like jalebis, into hot oil.
  5. Fry till brown. Remove and drain.
