
Ingredients:
• 1/2 – Cucumber
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/2 – Capsicum
• a pinch – salt
• Dash of black pepper
• Dash of red pepper
• Oil
• 2 cups – thick Curd
• 1/2 tsp – pudina
• A small bunch – Coriander leaves
• A pinch of Jeera powder
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Beat the curd well and mix with the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with coriander, jeera, and mint.
