Ingredients:
• 2 cups – besan flour
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Lime juice
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves chopped – 1 cup
• 1 cup – oil
Method:
- Take besan flour in a big bowl and add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera. Mix it well.
- Then add chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, coriander and lime juice.
- Mix this mixture with enough water to form a thick batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease it, pour one big spoon of batter and spread to a thin round shape (just like a traditional dosa).
- Pour little oil around its edges, flip over and roast both the sides.
- Serve.
