Ingredients:
• Mango – 1 big
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – 2 tsps
• Fenugreek powder – 1/4 tsp
• Hing – 1/4 tsp
• Green chillies – 4
• Red Chillies – 4
• Tamarind (lime size)
• Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Jaggery/Sugar – 2 tsps
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut mango into small pieces. Don’t peel the skin.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek powder and hing.
- When mustard splutters, add red chillies and fry for few seconds.
- Add cut mangoes and green chillies. Fry till mango gets tender and add tamarind water to it.
- Add chilli powder, salt, jaggery/sugar and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
