
Ingredients:
• 100 g- Rice flour
• 100 g -jaggery
• 100 g- Ghee
• 5 tsp -fresh coconut, grated
• 1/2 tsp-cardamom powder
• 1 cup -water
Method:
- Roast rice flour in 50g ghee; when the aroma releases, remove from fire and keep aside.
- Dilute the jaggery in water and strain the dirt.
- Mix the jaggery with the rice powder; stir in the remaining ghee.
- Keep stirring and when it stops sticking to the pan, add grated coconut and cardamom powder.
- Remove from fire.
