Ingredients:
• 1 packet – button Mushrooms
• 250 g – Amul Butter
• 1 bunch – Parsley (chopped finely)
• Bread pieces
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
Method:
- Mix butter with finely chopped parsley and garlic paste.
- Remove stem from the mushrooms.
- Fill the mushroom caps with the herbed butter, in an oven proof dish and grill for 15 mins or till the mushrooms are nicely coated with the butter.
- Serve with small bread pieces.
