
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – mustard
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tbsp – sabzi masala
• 3 to 4 – Dried red chillies
• 1 tbsp – salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Splutter mustard seeds and add chopped onions.
- Keep stirring with a wooden spatula until onions turn transparent.
- Add the sabzi masala, salt and spinach and lower the flame.
- Mix well and cover the pan.
- Stir and cook till done.
