
Ingredients:
• 100 g – Cauliflower
• 100 g – Capsicum
• 100 g – Paneer
• 100 g – Onion
• 100 g – soya nuggets
• 2 tbsp – garlic-ginger
• 6 – Green chillies | 1 cup – Curd
• salt
• Red Chilli – to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• Oil
• A dash each – chaat masala and Lemon juice
Method:
- Cut vegetables into big pieces.
- Soak soya nuggets for 1/2 an hour.
- Now marinate all these vegetables in garlic, ginger, chilli paste and curd for 1 hour.
- Then heat an oven and bake vegetables till done.
- In the end, spread chaat masala and lemon juice on it.
