Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Tofu (medium firmness)
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – capsicum, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1/4 cup – peas
• 1/4 cup – carrots, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/4 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 – sandwich bread slice
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 /2 tsp – Cumin seeds powder
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – peppercorn powder
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – oil for shallow frying
• As required – water or Milk

Method:

  1. Soak bread slices in 1/2 cup water or milk.
  2. Squeeze and place in a bowl.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients in the bowl.
  4. Make small balls and pat them between palms to shape cutlets.
  5. Heat a non-stick tava or pan, and pour oil.
  6. Arrange the cutlets on the hot tava and shallow fry.
  7. Flip it to roast the other side till done.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or place them in burger bun.
