
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Chopped Broccoli
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tbsp – Plain flour
• 1 tbsp – Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp – Smoked paprika
• 1 tsp – Dried herbs
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Oil, to shallow-fry.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Then gradually add the flour to bind the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into 4-5 equal portions and press on palms to flatten them into medium sized circles.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan and arrange 2-3 flattened tikkis at one go.
- Shallow fry on low heat until golden brown on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
