
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 cup – chopped spinach, fresh or frozen
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together (except the oil) with a little water to form a slightly thick batter.
- Heat oil in a suitable pan and Deep Fried a tbsp of the batter at a time till crisp and golden.
- Serve with tomato or chilli sauce.
