
Ingredients:
• 6 – idlis
• 1 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1 cup – finely chopped Tomato
• 1 tbsp – Tamarind chutney
• 1 tbsp – Mint chutney
• For garnishing:
• 1 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – roasted cashews
• 1/2 cup – sev
Method:
- Cut the idlis into small pieces and deep fry in oil.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, roasted cashews and sev.
