
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups – Chopped Spinach
• 1 cup – Crumbled cottage cheese/paneer
• 3 tbsp – Cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 cup – Breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp – Ground black pepper/pepper powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grease a casserole/baking dish and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cottage cheese (paneer), pepper, salt and butter.
- Spoon this mixture into the baking/casserole dish.
- Spread the breadcrumbs and grated cheese over the top.
- Bake at 350F degrees for 25 mins.
