Ingredients:

• 4 bread slices
• 1 cup Sugar
• Dry fruits – as per need
• Ghee for frying

Method:

  1. Cut each bread slices into four quarters. Fry these slices in ghee till they are light brown in colour on both sides.
  2. Meanwhile, make sugar syrup of one-thread consistency.
  3. Put the fried bread slices in the sugar syrup.
  4. Fry the dry fruits in ghee and decorate them while serving.
