Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – sprouted lentil (moong, channa, any)
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 large tomato, chopped
• 1/2 bunch coriander, chopped.
• few Mint leaves, chopped.
• 1 tsp- Vinegar white
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp- ground Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder

Method:

  1. Wash and drain the sprouts. Add the onion, tomatoes and all seasoning.
  2. Mix well, add mint and mix lightly.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  4. Chill and serve.
