Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Kaddu grated (green pumpkin)
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1/2 tin – condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – saboodana (this should be soaked in water for 10-15 mins)
Method:
- Boil the milk.
- Add grated kaddu and cook on medium flame till the kaddu is tender.
- Then add condensed milk and mix well.
- Add the sugar and mix till the sugar dissolves.
- Add the soaked saboodana and mix well.
- Cook for another 10 mins.
- Switch off the stove and let this cool.
- Add vanilla essence, put this in a bowl and keep in fridge to cool.
