Ingredients:

• 1 kilo – Green chilli
• 1/2 cup – salt
• 1/4 kilo – concentrated Tamarind juice (for this, boil the Tamarind in one cup of water and take the juice)
• 4 tbsp – Fenugreek powder
• 4 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 cups – gingili oil
• 1/4 tsp – preservative
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds

Method:

  1. Wash the green chilli. Cut off its end. Cut it into long pieces.
  2. Boil the tamarind in water. Take the juice of it in a vessel.
  3. Boil gingili oil in a kadai.
  4. Add mustard seeds to it.
  5. Add the chillies and saute it well.
  6. Turn off the gas and add the fenugreek powder, tamarind juice, salt, vinegar and preservative.
  7. Keep it in dry glass bottles in a fridge.
