Ingredients:
• 1 kilo – Green chilli
• 1/2 cup – salt
• 1/4 kilo – concentrated Tamarind juice (for this, boil the Tamarind in one cup of water and take the juice)
• 4 tbsp – Fenugreek powder
• 4 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 cups – gingili oil
• 1/4 tsp – preservative
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Wash the green chilli. Cut off its end. Cut it into long pieces.
- Boil the tamarind in water. Take the juice of it in a vessel.
- Boil gingili oil in a kadai.
- Add mustard seeds to it.
- Add the chillies and saute it well.
- Turn off the gas and add the fenugreek powder, tamarind juice, salt, vinegar and preservative.
- Keep it in dry glass bottles in a fridge.
