
Ingredients:
• For Koftas:
• 100 g – spinach, boiled and ground
• 2-3 – boiled Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – roasted and thickly ground Peanuts
• 2-3 – garlic, crushed
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 2 – medium onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 – green chillies, finely cut
• Salt as per to taste
• Oil for frying
• For Gravy:
• 250 g – Spinach boiled and ground
• 2 – ground Onions
• 2-3 – garlic, finely chopped
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 2-3 – tomatoes, pulp medium sized
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• 1 tsp – Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2-3 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – water
• Salt as per to taste
• For Garnishing:
• 2 tbsp – grated Paneer
• 3-4 tbsp – Cream
Method:
- For Kofta:
- Mix all the kofta ingredients except the oil.
- In a wok heat the oil and fry the kofta on medium heat so that colour doesn’t get darker.
- For gravy :
- Heat the oil, fry cumin seeds.
- When cooked, add ground onions. Cook till the colour becomes lightly brown.
- Now add green chillies, garlic and ginger. Cook it.
- Now add dry spice powder and cook it a little bit.
- Now add tomato pulp and cook it until oil comes out.
- Now add curd and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally add spinach pulp, salt and water.
- Cook it for about 2-4 minutes.
- To serve put the koftas in the bowls.
- Garnish it with paneer and cream. Serve with chapatti or puri.
