Ingredients:

• 2- bagels
• 2 tbsp-cream cheese
• 4-5 leaves Spinach
• 1 Tomato
• 1 tbsp- pesto sauce

Method:

  1. Slice the bagel in half.
  2. Spread cream cheese on both halves of the bagel.
  3. Add one tsp of pesto sauce to each half.
  4. Add some fresh spinach leaves and some sliced tomatoes to the bottom half of the bagel.
  5. Cover with the top half.
  6. Add pepper to season.
  7. Italian Bagels are ready.
