Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – minced Meat (kheema)
• 1/4 kg – Refined flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• A small piece of Ginger
• Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – dry Mango powder
• 2 Onions
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1/2 chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Oil fry frying
• Lemon to garnish

Method:

  1. Grind ginger, green chillies and add dry mango powder, chilli powder and garam masala.
  2. Heat oil, fry this masala with kheema until dry.
  3. Mix flour with water to make dough.
  4. Roll out small balls and make small flat puri-like rounds.
  5. Fill in the kheema, fold over puris and roll out in the shape of parathas.
  6. Shallow fry.
  7. Break egg and beat. Dab a spoon of beaten egg onto the parathas.
  8. Garnish with fresh lime and onion slices.
