Ingredients:

• 250 g Curd
• 2 – Cucumbers
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• A pinch of Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup – coriander and Mint leaves

Method:

  1. Grate the cucumber.
  2. Take a bowl, add the curd, grated cucumber, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves. Blend with a little water.
  3. A tingling buttermilk with cucumber taste is ready.
