
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – knolkhol peeled out cut into small pieces
• 1 tsp – pepper Corns
• 2 tsp – grated Coconut
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – grated Ginger
• 6 or 7 Curry leaves
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves pepper corns, ginger and onions and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped knolkhol and a little water and cook covered on low heat till the knolkhol is cooked and all the water dries up.
- Garnish with the grated coconut and chopped green chillies.
- Serve as a side dish with rice.
