
Ingredients:
• 2 medium sized – raw plantains
• 1 medium-size – Potato
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 small piece – Ginger
• 10 to 12 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• oil for frying
• Sugar to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grind together the chillies, ginger and curry laves. Keep side.
- Boil plantains and potato after you peel them. Then mash them.
- Add ground paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix and prepare flat pattis.
- Roll in the breadcrumbs and deep fry it until it is golden in colour.
