Ingredients:
• 1 – Zucchini
• 1 – Egg
• Salt
• Ground black pepper
• 1/3 cup – flour
• Oil
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
Method:
- Clean zucchini, and slice into circles.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over sliced zucchini.
- Beat the egg well.
- Dust zucchini slices with flour and dip it into egg and coat well.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry till light brown.
- Serve with soy sauce and a drop of vinegar.
