Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rajma
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 2 – large Onions
• 10 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – few sprigs.

Method:

  1. Soak rajma in water for 10 hours and pressure cook for 20 to 25 mins.
  2. Grind onion and garlic into a smooth paste and keep it aside.
  3. Pour 3 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of ghee in a pan and fry the onion garlic paste for a while.
  4. Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt to it and fry till the oil separates.
  5. Reduce the flame and add finely chopped tomatoes to it and fry till it gets cooked.
  6. Add boiled rajma and enough water and cook for ten more min.
  7. Finally sprinkle coriander leaves.
