Ingredients:
• 300 g – flour
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 – eggs, beaten well
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 100 g – grated cheese
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, to form a soft dough.
- Heat oil in a pan until smoky.
- Make a small balls of the size of large gooseberries and drop into the hot oil.
- Fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain and remove.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
