Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1/2 kg
• Red Chilli powder – 2 to 3 tbsp
• Coriander leaves – few
• Mint leaves – 10 to 20
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Vegetable oil – to fry
Method:
- Cook the cut chicken, with salt, in a cooker or in an open vessel.
- Heat the oil in another pan (non stick is preferred). Add the cooked chicken, red chilli powder and keep stirring it.
- Add garlic paste, few coriander leaves and more mint leaves.
- Add the chicken stock in between, if the chicken dries up.
- The dish is ready.
