Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1/2 kg
• Red Chilli powder – 2 to 3 tbsp
• Coriander leaves – few
• Mint leaves – 10 to 20
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Vegetable oil – to fry

Method:

  1. Cook the cut chicken, with salt, in a cooker or in an open vessel.
  2. Heat the oil in another pan (non stick is preferred). Add the cooked chicken, red chilli powder and keep stirring it.
  3. Add garlic paste, few coriander leaves and more mint leaves.
  4. Add the chicken stock in between, if the chicken dries up.
  5. The dish is ready.
