Ingredients:

• 850 g – fresh Mushrooms
• 2 medium onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – dried Lime powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 3 to 4 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Wash mushrooms thoroughly, remove the stems, peel and slice into halves.
  2. Heat oil, add onions, saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and saute until the water from the mushroom evaporates and the mushrooms are well browned.
  4. Add the powdered lime, a little water and salt to taste, cook until almost dry.
