
Ingredients:
• 1 can – Sweetened condensed Milk
Method:
- Remove the label of the can and boil the unopened can in water in a pressure cooker on a high flame with the cooker opened.
- Let it boil. Then lower the flame and simmer.
- Now cover the cooker with the lid, without the weight.
- Let it cook on a medium flame for at least an hour with a closed lid.
- The water level should always be above the can. Add more water in case it evaporates.
- The more you cook the darker the colour of the sauce.
- Now remove from fire.
- Keep aside for 4-5 hours until it cools completely.
- Now open the can and serve.
